Practice Statement
Mr. Alfrey received his J.D. from the University of Texas, and has practiced law for over thirty years. His practice emphasizes defense of construction defect, products liability, and professional liability claims. His focus in construction defect work ranges from the defense of architects, engineers, general contractors and others. Mr. Alfrey defends lawyers, real estate brokers, psychotherapists, and many other professionals in regard to claims arising from their work. Mr. Alfrey has substantial experience representing medical device manufacturers, and health care professionals and institutions. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, including those involving mass torts, filed in courts throughout the United States. Mr. Alfrey continues to maintain a very active practice, defending broker/dealers in NASD arbitrations.

Employed by corporate clients and insurance carriers alike, Mr. Alfrey has been lead counsel in litigation in state and federal courts in Colorado, Idaho, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alaska, Nevada, Alabama, North Dakota, Washington, California, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
