Practice Statement
A graduate of the University of Denver, where he received his B.S.B.A. and J.D. degrees, Mr. Collins has been practicing law since 1986.
Prior to joining TAMB, Mr. Collins had already developed a broad-based practice in civil litigation matters, including employment law, professional liability, products liability, insurance coverage and bad-faith defense, commercial, trucking, civil rights law, insurance broker liability, and governmental entity defense. He also has significant experience in products liability cases representing automobile manufacturers.
Mr. Collins is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver and Heart of the Rockies Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, TIDA, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
