Practice Statement
Ms. Fuqua graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2003, with a B.S. in Business emphasizing in Finance and Management. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law in 2006.
While in law school Ms. Fuqua interned at TAMB for two years, followed by a year internship with a solo practitioner focusing in family law. In addition, she participated in Sturm’s civil litigation clinic. Ms. Fuqua was admitted to practice in the state of Colorado in 2006. Her primary practice focuses on defending employers in workers’ compensation claims.
