Matthew Hailey graduated from Colorado State University in 1998 with a B.S. in business administration, and in 2001 from the University of Kansas School of Law. Prior to joining TAM, Mr. Hailey worked at the District Attorney's Office in Shawnee County, Kansas, mainly prosecuting DUI and other traffic-related offenses. Mr. Hailey's primary focus is on defending employers in workers' compensation claims.
Mr. Hailey has been selected as a Rising Star in Workers Compensation defense by the publisher of Colorado Super Lawyers each year from 2009-2011.
