Practice Statement
Francine Mugge graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Political Science in 2000, and received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2003.
Prior to joining TAMB, Ms. Mugge clerked for the Honorable Shelley I. Gilman in the Second Judicial District of Colorado in Denver. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy, and participated in the University of Colorado Legal Aid and Defender Program.
Ms. Mugge is admitted to practice law in Colorado and the District of Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Her practice at TAMB focuses on general civil litigation.
