TAMB is pleased to announce that for the fourth year in a row member Michael L. Hutchinson has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.

The Best Lawyers in America is compiled by Woodward/White, Inc., a professional research company founded in 1981 by two Harvard Law School graduates. According to the publisher, Best Lawyers is widely regarded as the preeminent referral guide to the legal profession in the United States. The Best Lawyers lists, representing 80 practice areas in all 50 states and Washington, DC, are compiled through an exhaustive peer-review survey in which thousands of the top lawyers in the U.S. confidentially evaluate their professional peers. The current edition of Best Lawyers is based on over 2.5 million confidential evaluations by the top attorneys in America. Best Lawyers also conducts thousands of telephone interviews with leading attorneys throughout its balloting process.

Mr. Hutchinson’s selection in the 2009 edition of Best Lawyers is for his work in two practice areas: Legal Malpractice Law and Professional Malpractice Law. He was previously selected for inclusion in the 2006, 2007 and 2008 editions of Best Lawyers.
