Sean Smith joined TAM in 2012. Sean joined TAM from both a legal and insurance employment background. Sean obtained extensive experience with litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and negotiation while working with a nationwide insurer, handling cases solely related to litigation. Sean uses his experience to assist corporations, insurance companies, and individuals in all states of litigation.
From the time a case is opened until the case’s conclusion, Sean manages the file to make sure his client is informed of every aspect of the case. Sean recognizes the need to form a group action plan to determine the best way to resolve a case. Sean works hard for his clients to make sure they receive every piece of information available, so that they can make an informed decision on the best way to proceed.
Sean’s primary practice areas include Administrative, Regulatory, & Legislative Law; Medical Malpractice; Life, Accident, & Health; Catastrophic Injury; Bad Faith; Medicare Compliance; Medicare Set-Asides; and Section 111 of the MMSEA Compliance
