Practice Statement
Rob Zavaglia practices in the areas of professional and products liability defense, regularly representing attorneys, securities brokers, and engineers in claims arising out of the full spectrum of their professional duties. His products liability defense focuses on the medical field, with experience defending manufacturers in the range of industries from surgical implants to state-of-the-art surgical devices, as well as multi-district pharmaceutical litigation. He also as assists corporations and common carriers in defense of large exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

Mr. Zavaglia maintains an active appellate practice in both the Colorado appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
